Will Redhat charges for migrating from Ansible tower to AWX ? If i start migration how much time it takes for complete migration ---

No they don’t charge. It is part of the awx api. In regards to your second question. Depends on how many objects you have. In addition of won’t send over your credentials ---

Possible. Because they are based on collections. I would suggest you experiment
