INFO: Since ansible-core\<=2.13 is now EoL, all the supported networking & security collections will have a major release at the end of this month with `requires_ansible` updated to \>=2.14.0 As a result, stable-2.13 branch will also be dropped from our testing matrix.   2. INFO: The fact\_diff action plugin in ansible.utils will soon be available as a filter plugin as well. Reference PR: https://github.com/ansible-collections/ansible.utils/pull/310. The linked issue in the PR has the motivation behind this implementation. (@nilashish:matrix.org, 13:04:06)
