### Meeting summary

1. INFO: the shared ics calendar for all WG meetings has move to https://github.com/ansible-community/meetings/. Update your calendars accordingly (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:06:02)
2. INFO: we will archive ansible/community on Jan 5th (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:06:58)

4. INFO: also need to update the top menu bar as it is outdated - https://github.com/ansible/ansible-documentation/issues/876 (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:22:11)
5. TOPIC: Ecosystem docsite and process docs (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:31:23)

  1. INFO: some WGs need a home for process docs (like how to build our docsites, Community WG/collection inclusion requirements etc). We chould use the new ecosystem docsite but we will discuss in the forum what the best options are for these (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:37:16)
  2. ACTION: samccann to start forum topic on WG process docs and how to build a 'cohesive' view into our WGs . (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:48:59)
  3. ACTION: samccann to open issue on ansible-documentation to coordinate asking each ecosystem docsite to add a consistant/obvioius link back to docs.ansible.com (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:50:34)
