# LDAP Authentication is failing.

Trying to configure LDAP Authentication.  
But it is throwing error as **Failed to save settings. Returned status=500 A server error has occured.**

Resolved that issue. By removing LDAP REQUIRE GROUP value along with the LDAP USER DN TEMPLATE value.

But when I am trying to login using active directory user name and password I am not able to login; **saying username or password incorrect**
