# Kubernetes Pending status in AWX-17.1.0

Hello everyone…  
I am facing some issue when I launch the job template . It shows job is pending.  
I am attaching the screenshot for reference.  
Can Anyone help me to resolve the issue…

Hello all

· I am some issue while launching the job template.

· I followed the steps as mentioned in [awx/INSTALL.md at 17.0.1 · ansible/awx · GitHub](https://github.com/ansible/awx/blob/17.0.1/INSTALL.md).

· I am the running the AWX in Kubernetes.

· I am not able to run the helloworld.yml playbook in AWX.

· I tried to run the playbook located in /var/lib/awx/projects by selecting manual method in Source Control Credential Type.

· I ran the following command from the task pod.

**awx-manage run\_dispatcher --reload**

· I am attaching the screenshot for reference. Any tips to resolve this issue will be highly appreciated.

In my case it was resource issue. Allocate more CPU and RAM to the awx PODs
