Thanks to Calvin Remsburg’s Youtube video on installing AWX with Rancher, I installed and configured AWX version 24.6.1 many months ago. It’s been working just fine however within the past couple of days, I’m consistently getting the error following error when trying to run any jobs in my environment:

Receptor detail:
Error creating pod: container failed to start, ImagePullBackOff

My Execution environment is [Quay](http://quay.io/ansible/awx-ee:latest). I’ve also tried changing that to [quay.io/ansible/aws-ee:24.6.1](http://quay.io/ansible/aws-ee:24.6.1) but the results are the same.

It seems like I suddenly cannot pull images from these locations. I’m running on Ubuntu 22.04.

My linux machine has access to the internet and playbooks have been loading and running fine until just the last couple of days. Any ideas would be helpful.

@jpsebastian Welcome to the Ansible Community!

Could you try using the execution environment `quay.io/ansible/awx-ee:24.6.1`? not `aws-ee`

Hi,
Thank you for the suggestion however I’m getting the exact same results when using
[Quay](http://quay.io/ansible/awx-ee:24.6.1).

It’s very strange as this just started happening on Sunday 3/16 out of the blue. Before that, all playbooks were running fine.

If I look at the Details tab in AWX when a job fails, I’m seeing this error which I don’t understand:

Failed to JSON parse a line from worker stream. Error: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0) Line with invalid JSON data: b’’
