Is [irc.freenode.net](http://irc.freenode.net) still in operation? I have tried a few times today over several hours span and have not been able to connect. Can I not connect via a web browser?

I wish there was Slack Community for learning Ansible. People that could help me get started, like Puppet Community offers.
