# HOWTO active Write-DebugLog

Trying to debug a problem with Ansible module win\_updates and I see some very useful info being output via Write-DebugLog.

How do I activate this output?

`

# set this as a global for the Write-DebugLog function

$log\_path = $boundparms[‘log\_path’]

`

ansible-playbook -e ?

ansible -a?

Cannot seem to get either to work.
