Normally you want to give more information, specially configuration and `-vvv` output. But from the message I’m going to guess you are setting `ansible_network_os` to `ansible.netcommon.network_cli` which is not correct AFAIK, it should match the brand/platform of your appliances, for example `cisco.ios.ios` or `vyos.vyos.vyos`.
