# Getting Error while running playbook

Hi All,

I am getting error while running the ansible playbook by using ssh command error is like **host key verification failed.**

try adding this to your ansible.cfg  
host\_key\_checking=False

HOST\_KEY\_CHECKING:  
default: true  
description: Set this to “False” if you want to avoid host key checking by the underlying  
tools Ansible uses to connect to the host  
env:

- {name: ANSIBLE\_HOST\_KEY\_CHECKING}  
ini:
- {key: host\_key\_checking, section: defaults}  
name: Check host keys  
type: boolean
