We will be performing Galaxy database maintenance on December 4, 2017, and if your GitHub username or organization appears on the list below, one or more of your roles may be removed from the Galaxy site. **What does this mean?** In short, at some point one or more GitHub repos that you own or have access to got imported into Galaxy multiple times, each time with a different role name. On December 4, 2017 we will be updating the Galaxy site to prevent duplicate imports, and at the same time we will remove any duplicate roles, leaving only the most recently modified copy. **What do I do?** Take a look at your roles on the Galaxy site, and remove any unnecessary duplicates. Simply log into Galaxy, and go to My Roles, where you will see a list of all of your GitHub repositories containing Ansible roles. Disable any unneeded or duplicated roles by sliding the toggle, to the left of the role name, to the off or disabled position. This will remove the role from Galaxy. If you run into problems, or need assistance, please open an issue at the [Galaxy Repo](https://github.com/ansible/galaxy/issues). If you let us know which roles to delete, we can perform the cleanup for you.
