I’ve started [Mirroring / proxy caching galaxy](https://forum.ansible.com/t/45202). I haven’t been sure about the category, but thought that “Get Help” would be slightly better than “Project Discussions”. If you think I’ve been wrong there, please let me know and I’ll try to change this.
