A few months ago, [I was asking](https://github.com/ansible-community/images/issues/159) for a missing image in the Community Execution Environments repository and ended up [proposing](https://github.com/ansible-community/images/pull/158) a fix for part of the problem.

While diving into the images repository documentation, I took the opportunity to create a [GitHub workflow](https://github.com/ansible-community/images/pull/167) that automatically generates a PR to update the execution environments, matching the results of manually executing the “Build steps” from the “[Releasing community-ee-\* execution environments](https://github.com/ansible-community/images/blob/main/docs%2Fcommunity-ee%2Fcommunity-ee-release-process.md)” guide.

You can check out the work in PR [feat: Automate release definition pr by mabeett · Pull Request #167 · ansible-community/images · GitHub](https://github.com/ansible-community/images/pull/167)

I’d love to see this contribution land in the project, and I’m open to feedback to ensure the changes align with the current style guidelines.

I would also like to know if there are periodic meetings or a preffered communication for the Execution Environments Community contributors so I can stay involved during my spare time.

Kind regards,

Matías,
