# failed to establish a new connection: \[Errno 99\] Cannot assign requested address - Failed to connect to the host via PSRP

Hello All,

I’m connecting my AWX to a Windows Server (NTLM) by PSRP protocol through a Linux jumphost. [https://developer.ibm.com/recipes/tutorials/multiple-jumphosts-in-ansible-tower-part-2/](https://developer.ibm.com/recipes/tutorials/multiple-jumphosts-in-ansible-tower-part-2/)

I’m randomly getting error:

“changed”: false,  
“skip\_reason”: “Host ROXCAMBK1 is unreachable”  
}

To fix this I need to restart AWX containers.
