Hi Gomatri

Greetings of the day

I think you are trying to upgrade from awx 15 to awx 16 and you are using docker based installation ( please correct me if I am wrong )  
For upgrading from awx 15 to awx 16 you need not do a export and import and you dont need a new system, you can do the same in the system , by downloading the new awx 16 git repo and keeping it in the exact same place as that of old and running a awx installation which will auto upgrade awx from 15 to 16.
