# even after installing requests\_kerberos, getting same error.

Getting below error

ansible-playbook 2.9.21  
config file = /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg  
configured module search path = [u’/home/svc\_stsx\_ops\_windows/.ansible/plugins/modules’, u’/usr/share/ansible/plugins/modules’]  
ansible python module location = /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/ansible  
executable location = /bin/ansible-playbook  
python version = 2.7.5 (default, Aug 13 2020, 02:51:10) [GCC 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-39)]

fatal: [hostname]: UNREACHABLE! =\> changed=false  
**msg: ‘kerberos: requested auth method is kerberos, but requests\_kerberos is not installed’**  
unreachable: true
