# Error running AWX 4 on Minishift 3.11

Hi,

I did lunch the install playbook for AWX 4 on my Minishift 3.11, and i’m getting stuck at this task :  
TASK [kubernetes : Wait for management pod to start] \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*

In Minisift, when i click on thew awx pod, i can see these errors in the events tab :

Error: failed to create subPath directory for volumeMount “awx-secret-key” of container “awx-web”

Error: failed to create subPath directory for volumeMount “awx-secret-key” of container “awx-celery”

How can i fix that ?
