# Error No such container: awx\_redis

Can you help since they don’t turn on the Docker process and send me the following message in the log?

\*dockerd-current: time=“2024-05-27T12:44:50.998418923-06:00” level=error msg="Handler for POST /v1.26/containers/awx\_redis/start returned error: No such container: awx\_redis
