Hello Team,

I am trying to install AWX 10.0.0 on Kubernetes 1.26 on the Amazon Ec2 instance

Hardware: - 16GB RAM with 4core CPU

kubectl config set-context kubeawx --namespace=awx --user=kubernetes-admin --cluster=kubernetes

Context “kubeawx” created.

kubectl config get-contexts

CURRENT NAME CLUSTER AUTHINFO NAMESPACE

- kubeawx kubernetes kubernetes-admin awx

Download he repo from this link [https://github.com/ansible/awx/releases?after=16.0.0](https://github.com/ansible/awx/releases?after=16.0.0)

wget [https://github.com/ansible/awx/archive/refs/tags/10.0.0.tar.gz](https://github.com/ansible/awx/archive/refs/tags/10.0.0.tar.gz)

unzip the file

tar -xzvf 10.0.0.tar.gz

cd / /home/ec2-user/awx-10.0.0/installer

then open inventory

vi inventory and change below option

Provide values for the following variables found in the [all:vars] section in the inventory file under the path /awx/installer.

· kubernetes\_context

· kubernetes\_namespace

· pg\_persistence\_storageClass

I am getting error while deploying AWX on Kubernetes

Hi, did you mean to pull awx 10.0.0? that certainly won’t work

The recommended way to deploy AWX is through the awx-operator. This will install the latest version of AWX by default. see the instructions here [https://github.com/ansible/awx-operator](https://github.com/ansible/awx-operator)
