Hi!

If you are just attempting to run ansible playbooks locally, you should be able to turn become flag to False. Does this help?

Seth

Hello Seth,

I know I can set localhost become=false at playbook or Inventory. Can you please let me know if we can set this in AWX for all Jobs by default.

Thanks,
Balaji Chavdi

you can set it in settings/defaults.py “AWX\_TASK\_ENV”

e.g.

AWX\_TASK\_ENV = {“become”: False}
