# Docker, GitLab, and AWX

Hello All,

I am trying to do a git clone/add/commitpush from my AWX ver 17 instance.  
It seems that I cannot clone or anything from withing the awx\_task container

I am using a private GitLab server, it is internal, not internet available.  
Has anyone been able to use AWX or Tower to ;use a GitLab server?
