@Lyle_McKarns I dug up this old planning doc: [Ansible Hacktoberfest Planning 2023](https://forum.ansible.com/t/ansible-hacktoberfest-planning-2023/604)

I think we could get something started in this thread for planning. The main thing is to try and identify some issues to which we can add the `hacktoberfest` tag.
