Hey Everyone! 👋  
We’ve now rolled out `cisco.iosxr` **12.4.0**

The changes in this include:

- Cleaned up deprecated ansible-core imports and `warnings` in `exit_json` across iosxr modules for newer ansible-core compatibility
- Fixed `bgp_global` neighbor shutdown parsing / idempotency (`no shutdown` handling)
