# Change AWS EC2 Instance Type

Hello All,

After launching an AWS stack, I’d like to change the power of instances by changing their instance types. It seems simply update the value (variable) in ec2 task does not work. Do I miss something? or I should write separated tasks/playbooks to perform the changes?
