# Cannot upload to ktdreyer galaxy namespace

I’m unable to upload new collection versions to my namespace, [Ansible Galaxy](https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/namespaces/ktdreyer/) My account is `ktdreyer`.

On the CLI:

```auto
ansible-galaxy collection publish ktdreyer-errata_tool_ansible-*.tar.gz --api-key=${GALAXY_API_KEY}
ERROR! Error when publishing collection to default (https://galaxy.ansible.com/api/) (HTTP Code: 403, Message: You do not have permission to perform this action. Code: permission_denied)

```

When I click “Upload New Version” in the web UI, it says “You don’t have rights to do this operation.”

|An Ansible engineer resolved this for me, and Ansible Galaxy has the latest version now (`0.0.320`)|
