# Cannot create a directory to save files using AWX templates

Hi team,

Thanks in advance for your help with this issue.

I am trying to save some files using ansible playbook via AWX template. Template runs successfully and executes without an error. However I am unable to locate those directories and respective files on task or web containers. Can anyone help with this? Where to locate them? As far as I understand AWX tower deletes them immediately after executing the template, but need to know what can be other ways to get this to work.
