# bwrap: Creating new namespace faile

Hi!

The awx is working fine and we use 12.0.0 then all of sudden the project sync with bitbucket is not working. Got below error:  
bwrap: Creating new namespace failed, likely because the kernel does not support user namespaces. bwrap must be installed setuid on such systems.

When I checked the awx-web container the file existed with 777. It was working config for past few months.

to fix this we deleted the pod then it is started working fine.

Please clarify how to fix this permane
