# AWX problem with keepalive

I have an awx installation in gke and lot of server in datacenter on premise and i have lot of problem with the error

and I don’t have problem when i have an awx in datacenter.

How can i change the tcp keepalive time in awx or ansible configuration ?

ENVIRONMENT- AWX version: 9.3.0

- AWX install method: openshift, minishift, docker on linux, docker for mac, boot2docker
- Ansible version: 2.9.5
- Operating System: linux
- Web Browser: chrome
