# AWX Plugin Connection

I built a new AWX and I configured a Vmware Vcenter invetory. It works very well via sync, I get all the vms.

But I have a problem: How can I deal with vms running without ip addresses?

With the standard ansible I use the “ansible\_connection=vmware\_tools” using the vmware tools and talking with the vm without the network.

How can I do the same from AWX?
