# AWX permissions

Hi I can’t seem to launch any jobs.

I have a project, and a job template created, but if I launch it it get:

POST /api/v2/job\_templates/16/launch/ **403**  
You do not have permission to perform this action.

I am not a super user, and I am wondering if I need to be part of a team that’s aligned to the template / project ?
