# AWX migration from docker based env to k8s

Hi

I am trying to migrate awx from docker based env(17.1.0) to k8s env.

Can you please let me know the steps that i need to follow to migrate the data base and projects?

I am trying the migrate AWX (17.1.0) to K8s(22.2.0)

I followed the steps provided.

However the migration was not successful. It is ending up with following error.

_awx-rsyslog [wait-for-migrations] ERROR: Database migrations not applied │_  
_│ Stream closed EOF for awxtest/awx-task-7bfdf979-pf877 (awx-rsyslog) │_  
_│ awx-task [wait-for-migrations] Waiting 30 seconds before next attempt_

_awx-task [wait-for-migrations] Attempt 30 of 30 │_  
_│ awx-task [wait-for-migrations] ERROR: Database migrations not applied_

Are steps provided valid for 17.1.0(docker) to K8s(22.2.0)?  
Any other way to do the migration?
