# AWX : How export datas from an external postgre database ?

Hi,

Could you tell me if there is a real process to export datas from an external postgre database ? (tower-cli , dump file of the database, etc…)

My difficulty is also that I try to export the datas from an AWX 1.0.6.15 to the database with an AWX 6.1.0.

Will all credentials, inventories, templates (etc…) be saved and can be exported ?
