# AWX 5 - Workflow Template - Fail to create

Hi Guys,

When i try to create an Workflow Template the fields are in gray color and not able to input values. Save button not appear in screen.

This a bug?

Yes this is a bug in 5.0.0 initially reported here: [https://github.com/ansible/awx/issues/4091](https://github.com/ansible/awx/issues/4091) and fixed here: [https://github.com/ansible/awx/pull/4096](https://github.com/ansible/awx/pull/4096)
