# AWX 14.1.0 Provisioning callback 504 Gateway Timeout

I’m not sure what’s going on with my environment. I have a four node cluster running AWX 14.1.0. When the callback API is called by a client, on three of the nodes the callback is successful (~5 sec response) but on the fourth (primary) node, the callback times out.

I found the following KB on Red Hat’s site: [https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5281311](https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5281311) which I followed and reset the timeout multiple times starting at 240 seconds and adjusting until I reached 600 seconds (10 min) but that has made no difference. It still times out when it reaches whatever timeout threshold I set.
