Hi,

Is there a way to do **sudo apt-get --with-new-pkgs upgrade** with Ansible’s apt module?

I see that at line [https://github.com/ansible/ansible/blob/devel/lib/ansible/modules/packaging/os/apt.py#L806](https://github.com/ansible/ansible/blob/devel/lib/ansible/modules/packaging/os/apt.py#L806) so maybe you can validate?
