You are probably hitting the double hop issue over The WinRM. See [https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/user\_guide/windows\_winrm.html#limitations](https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/user_guide/windows_winrm.html#limitations) for some workarounds.
