# Ansible Tower Upgrade issue  | Define the AWX\_SETTINGS\_FILE environment

Hello Team,

Good Morning.

We are upgrading our Ansible Tower 3.7.0 to 3.8.5 in our Org, while upgrading getting below error, which we could proceed further. We have valid request and system is registered with RedHat Portal. Please check and help/suggest us.

We verified, settings.py file is correct and permission is fine. We have support ticket with RedHat support ticket.

This mailing group is for awx, the open source version of Tower. For help with Ansible Tower you should open a support case with RedHat.
