# ansible tower to windows host - unreachable

I have been getting this error .

“msg”: “basic: HTTPConnectionPool(host=‘110.144.5.119’, port=5985): Max retries exceeded with url: /wsman (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(\<requests.packages.urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7fbab0f42810\>, ‘Connection to 110.144.5.119 timed out. (connect timeout=30)’))”,  
“unreachable”: true,  
“changed”: false

telnet to host on port 5985 says connected.

tower.log :

ERROR awx.main.tasks job 83 execution encountered exception.

have you fixed it? i’m with a similar error right now
