the Live Events doesn’t work on my tower(running in my local ubuntu 14) , so I follow the instruction to hit [https://localhost:8080](https://localhost:8080) with my firefox :

_Secure Connection Failed_

_An error occurred during a connection to ubuntu.vb.fnz:8080. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl\_error\_rx\_record\_too\_long)_

_The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified._
_Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem._

I tried to check the cert of the SSL port 8080, I can see :

_root@ubuntu:/etc/apache2 # openssl s\_client -connect localhost:8080_
_CONNECTED(00000003)_
_140279425058464:error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23\_GET\_SERVER\_HELLO:unknown protocol:s23\_clnt.c:795:_

I tried to follow the link [https://support.ansible.com/hc/en-us/articles/204187443-Changing-the-WebSockets-port-for-live-events](https://support.ansible.com/hc/en-us/articles/204187443-Changing-the-WebSockets-port-for-live-events) to change the port 8080 to 7443 ( maybe more SSL friendly) But can not see any process listen to 7443 after i restarted server; The old process that listen t 8080 still running . how can i fix the issue ?

Please send your Tower query to support@ansible.com - this list is for
discussion of the Ansible project itself, not Tower.

Thanks,
