Hi,

I’m trying to solve a problem I’m having with the Ansible Galaxy CLI tool. It seems that the YAML file is being incorrectly parsed as a “basic” file, instead of YAML. Using Ansible `1.9x`, I get the following error trying to install roles:

```auto
ansible-galaxy install -r requirements.yml
```
