Hello everybody,

I’m french, and actually we can’t find many Ansible docs in french. For many days I’m writing a french documentation, and to be sure I’m not telling something stupid in it, I use the official Ansible documentation.

My question is: Do I have the right to translate it and publish on the internet ? (Obviously quoting my source) Because I found nowhere something telling me the right around all this documentations, what’s Red Hat’s policy about it ?

I hope it’s the good place to ask about it.

Regards,
Kitslap

You are fine to translate and share. You are only adding value to the project where there is currently no method of handling translations. In the future maybe there will be a solution for handling translations upstream.
