As a follow-up to [Ansible-core devel: adds support for Python 3.14, drops support for Python 3.8; also AZP's azure-pipelines-test-container got updated](https://forum.ansible.com/t/44168), ansible-core devel also dropped support for Python 3.11 on the controller side: [Drop Python 3.11 controller support by mattclay · Pull Request #85590 · ansible/ansible · GitHub](https://github.com/ansible/ansible/pull/85590)

This means you now need Python 3.12+ to install ansible-core devel. Your CI matrix might need an update for this.
