Greetings Ansible contributors, current and potential:

Due to overwhelming interest in the [AnsibleFest 2020](https://www.ansible.com/ansiblefest) edition of the **Ansible Contributor Summit** , we are planning 2 days of program for you, depending on where you are in your contribution journey.

If you are wondering what it means to “contribute” to Ansible, or if you have been using Ansible for a while and are thinking of ways to get more involved with the project and community, then Day 1 is for you!

If you have already been contributing or participating in our [previous Contributor Summits](https://github.com/ansible/community/wiki/Contributor-Summit#past-events), you are still welcome to attend Day 1, however we think that Day 2 will be more interesting for you.

The Ansible Contributor Summit will be 2 full days of working sessions with the Ansible core team and community contributors. We will discuss important issues affecting the Ansible community, with a focus on improving collaboration with new and existing Ansible contributors.

**Day 1: New Contributor Workshops (agenda TBD)**

- Monday October 12, 2020
- Starting at 10:00 EDT (14:00 UTC)
- [Registration Link](https://primetime.bluejeans.com/a2m/register/qqzhsuug)

**Day 2: Current Contributor Workshops, Unconference tracks**

- Thursday October 15, 2020
- Starting at 10:00 EDT (14:00 UTC)
- [Registration Link](https://primetime.bluejeans.com/a2m/register/ufuthevw)

**_Registration is required_** for this free event via the above links. You can register for one or both days, and with your registration you will receive info and links to join the online conference.

Note: registration for AnsibleFest is separate from the Contributor Summit. Please see [here](https://www.ansible.com/ansiblefest) for more information.

We look forward to seeing you online at the Ansible Contributor Summit!

On behalf of the Ansible Community Team,
Carol
