Hey everyone!

We had a great time at DevConf.CZ! If you weren’t able to attend, or were in Brno but missed a particular session, you can find all the recordings and slides online. Read on for some Ansible highlights.

It’s fair to say that DevConf.CZ was an absolute delight this year. There were so many great discussions and ideas shared, at the Ansible booth, in hallways, and over every meal. It refreshing to reconnect with so many great folks, share knowledge, and take part in defining what the future of open-source might look like.

## Ansible meetup: Ansible automation for work and for fun

Unfortunately the meetups weren’t recorded but we had a solid turnout and a nice session. There were approximately 25 people in total and @oranod, @fale, and @kks went through a variety of topics from using execution environments (EEs) to the [Functional Programming Patterns with Ansible](https://kksat.github.io/talks/2025/functional-ansible/) talk. We also highlighted some material from a recent London meetup that @dbrennand gave, entitled [Ansible 101 - Getting Started on your Ansible Journey](https://github.com/ansible-community/ansible-london-meetup/blob/main/presentations/2025-06-05/Ansible%20101%20-%20Getting%20Started%20on%20your%20Ansible%20Journey.pdf).

There were plenty of other interesting sessions at DevConf too. You can [browse the schedule](https://www.devconf.info/cz/schedule/) and watch the recording online so go take a look! You’re bound to find some intriguing material.

Thanks to everyone who joined us at the Ansible booth. Hopefully we’ll see you again at next year’s DevConf.CZ!
