@anwesha has been keeping a conversation going with the internal networking team that maintains `ansible.netcommon`. They are keeping this [forum thread updated](https://forum.ansible.com/t/ansible-netcommon-broken-with-ansible-core-2-19-0/44043/18).

Based on that, I think @KB-perByte is the most in the know on when these fixes will land.
