Hi everyone,

We have released Ansible 1.6.10, which addresses some minor bugs and extended test coverage.

This update is available via PyPi and [releases.ansible.com](http://releases.ansible.com/) now, and packages for distros will be available as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Just as a quick follow up, this was

(A) a unicode bug related to parsing
(B) a problem with the copy module in certain modes.

Normally we wouldn’t have done a dot release here, but it made sense because we wanted to restore everything to as close-to-perfect after the previous security release series where developing on an embargoed branch and at some speed is always a bit of a tricky thing 🙂

Should be much better now, and unicode tests are greatly enhanced in integration test land to avoid this in the future.

Thanks for barring with us!
