# Ansible 1.2 released!

Hi everyone!

I’m super happy to announce that Ansible 1.2 (“Right Now”) is now released! Right now!

You can read details here: [http://blog.ansibleworks.com](http://blog.ansibleworks.com)

The new content will be up on PyPi very shortly also, and is already up at [http://ansibleworks.com/releases/](http://ansibleworks.com/releases/) – package maintainers should also have their repository content updated shortly, but you can use these in the interim.

Thank you everyone who has helped with this release, whether that be by being a part of this mailing list, helping with docs, Q/A, helping other users with questions, reporting a bug, or submitting code.

Couldn’t do it without you! Thank you!

The existing code is now on a “release1.2” branch and is tagged, the development branch now aligns with Ansible 1.3, “Top of the World”.

+1 on incorrect URL, still now (6/12 8:30a CT)

It reads correctly but if you click it you get nowhere because it has a domain name but no “http” and so the browser thinks it’s a relative path.
