First adds support for managing VPC peering connections ( [https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-core/pull/367](https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-core/pull/367) ), the second adds support for managing VPC network ACLs ( [https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-core/pull/403](https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-core/pull/403) ).
