# ACL on AIX

Hello Guys,

I would like like to know how I can edit ACL directory with acledit on AIX?  
I would like to add splunk user with read permission.

Default ACL permission:  
…  
…  
extended permissions:  
enabled  
permit r-- u:splunk

My ACL edit:  
…  
…  
extended permissions:  
enabled  
permit r-- u:splunk
